Planning Applications are discussed by the Full Council at their monthly meeting.

The Agenda for the forthcoming meeting is published at least 3 days prior to the meeting.

Applicants who may wish to attend a Council meeting at which a planning application concerning themselves will be discussed are advised to telephone or email the Parish Clerk the day before the meeting to ascertain if that application is on the list for discussion.

Whilst the Parish Council considers and comments on all applications affecting the town, the controlling authority is North East Derbyshire Council.
